On this beautiful tour along the foot of Watzmann, you go from St. Leonhard via Marktschellenberg to Berchtesgaden and continue to guesthouse hammerstiel in Hinterschönau.
From here you take a forest path upto Kührointhütte and Archenkanzel. Here you are rewarded for your hard work with a wonderful view down to Königssee.
